Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the dirtbag* tags are still attached and the product is clean.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, stick it on the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
